Between the birthers,

Is that a racist act?

the anti immigrant movement

You mean the illegal alien issue? Is this also racist to want our own laws enforced and to have non-Americans actually process through our systems to come into our country? Is this also racist, once again?

and every single time they boycott anything Muslim related it's hard pressed to ignore the fact that there is a LOT of bigotry in the TPM.

I'm not sure how much of this is true, but is a religion a race, and is to disagree with a religion that 99.9% of the people out to do us harm are a part of that religion a racist act?

Please see This Post for your answers. I have already answered your questions. In the interest of not repeating myself over and over and over again please refer to that post and the followup posts I have made to this thread for your answers.

Also look up the word Bigot.

I could be wrong but I thought Groucho Marx was a Bigot!

I'm a bigot, I know, but for the left. ... Is it the old Groucho Marx joke

A Groucho Marx avatar calling others a Bigot?

The communist is attempting to deviate the discussion away from the OP.

Everyone should just act like the communist does not exist.

That is the best way to deal with communists online, just remember what happened the last time a full fledged communist was at the helm of this nation.

Just look up Wilson, he is an excellent example of the tactics being used here.

No, I didn't make a mistake, it's an anti immigrant movement, specifically an anti Latino immigrant movement.

The problem I see is that you make it an anti Latino movement because the demographic of the illegal population is mostly Latinos. If you are referring to “Latinos” mainly as a nationality then I’m with you, but if you are suggesting this is an anti-brown movement then I think you are way off base.

There are big issues with 25 million non-Americans in our country undocumented that have been spelled many many times. Also to legalize 25 million people who broke the law would see a flood on our borders in the biblical proportions. This also leads into 25 million new voters that could sway any election in the direction they choose. As anyone can see lot and lots of issues without even addressing border states going broke over all this.

As to birther, why is their conspiracy claim any more racist than the NWO Bush conspiracy claim? Or is being conservative a racist act now?

As you can see, I said it was an anti immigrant movement, particularly against Latinos.

Gee, seeing as how TPM refer to the POTUS as a Marxist/Socialist/Fascist/Anti-Christ/Muslim/Witch Doctor from hell, and above all that believe he was born in Kenya with absolutely zero proof of said claim. Given the definition of the word BIGOT REALLY FREAKING LOOK UP BIGOT BIGOT BIGOT. Do we have an understanding the difference between a BIGOT and a RACIST? The TPM is filled to the brim with bigots. And separate from that, but equal, I believe that most TPM members are also birthers. It's not a racist act to be a birther, it's just in my opinion an ignorant act to be a birther. Do you understand?

I hope so, now, if you will kindly re read my statement, you will see that I said BIGOT, not RACIST.

Was this infiltrator from the same group that sent a girl band member to pretend to be a teacher to talk to Sarah Palin?

I can't keep up with all these people. Pretty soon everyone will be wearing masks like the Lone Ranger or the Green Lantern or something.

If you disagree with any of the messiah's policies, you are racist.

only right wingers call him the messiah so I'm pretty sure the right wing worships obama or something

it's funny, if I do agree with "the messiah", I'm a marxist or a liberal loon or some other crap. If I don't agree with him, I'm somehow more american, right?

this site only confirms how stupid and backwards the right is, every time.

[edit on 10-8-2010 by piddles]

The left looks at him as some type of messiah figure. The left was creaming their collective jeans over him, despite the fact that he isn't qualified to bag groceries.

Oh well. In the end, it's of no consequence. He is going to be a one term prez in the vein of Carter. Actually, I think Carter may have been better...

I dunno, it doesn't seem to have hurt Obama's career much.

I do understand the desperate need for both the Republicans and Democrats to demonize the Tea Party. It would really be a disaster for the Federal Reserve Bank if a large number of them got into Congress.

I'm sorry it took so long to get back to my thread. My ISP was down, and just came back. I've read all of your posts, and I appreciate all of your comments.
Two things are quite clear to me, regarding the attacks by the left. First, if they cannot argue with sound reasoning, they resort to name-calling, and accusations of bigotry. Second, it is clear that the tea party is a REAL threat to them, otherwise they would not put so much effort into trying to discredit the tea party.
For the member that is trying to accuse the tea party of being anti-Hispanic, because of the immigration issue, let me state again, for those that do not know me. All but one of our children are adopted from South America, and they are 100% Hispanic. My wife and I love them, we have many friends that are Hispanic, and they all are upset about the illegal immigration. They are being hurt, just as any other American is, by the economic impact on illegal immigration. I won't get into that, because it would deviate from the OP, but let me just say, that I have posted the issues on other threads, if anyone is interested in the research I did on the economic impact of illegals on the average American.
Furthermore, many of us that are affiliated with the tea party movement, have never been active in either major party. I am quite disgusted with both parties, because they do nothing but blame each other, when it is apparent that BOTH are to blame for the mess we have today.
Dirty tricks are nothing new in politics, but this OP makes it clear that they continue unabated. Playing the race card has become so meaningless, especially today, where people of any race, creed, religion, or ethnic origin, can become virtually anything they want, in this great country, if they put their mind and effort to it, and BELIEVE in themselves. If you don't believe that, then you haven't been awake since November of 2008.
Thank you again, for your comments. I appreciate them, and hope my ISP has better luck in staying up.
