Where does it include home gardens? All I see is a reference to commercial crops mass production and harvesting.

Nowhere does it say one cannot eat from one's garden.

Our "inspection" practices is a bunch of HOG WASH for today,s issues. Have you ever had a restaurant? Both the fire and health department call a day ahead, at least, which to me is S T U P I D. Just like the inspections of the Gulf spill. They called ahead, so that BP's cleanup shadow crew could be brought in to APPEAR like they were working a full crew. We have a discipline problem in our country today and we do EVERYTHING TO SUPPORT THE LACK OF DISCIPLINE, MORALS AND ANYTHING PRODUCTIVE OR LOGICAL FOR GOD SAKE!!!! Just look at our legal system. Who does that protect? It is shameful.
