Their parents were NOT legal Americans, so therefore neither are their children. Those children were just born here, they are not Americans. Being American STANDS for something. A lot more than just being born on the territory by a criminal parent.

My problem is how illegals are abusing the system, and forcing their way into this country without paying state/federal/local taxes. They're demanding medical and education but not paying for it. I guess my only problem is the law, and how it's not being enforced.

Its not that there Mexican its that there Mexican and illegal, by having a kid in the United States you have just created a American citizen. It would be the same way if Canadians were comming down to the United States. This problem is not going away, only way if we want to stop it is put a couple Army Brigades down there and draw a big line, cross the line puts you in the kill zone.

I am ganna give most Mexican illegals the benefit of the doubt that they just want a better life. I probably would want to do the same thing if I was Mexican in Mexico.

Legal Mexican's also get pissed about this ...
Legals of every race get irritated with the whole situation ,and they aren't bussed in members of Unions there to Protest b/c they are paid .
They are seriously sick of ppl being here illegally ,when they did it the right way ,of course that doesn't sell as well ,and the whole ppl are racist against Mexicans Bs the media sells

This law's been on the books forever. It only became an issue because of the sheer numbers of the illegal influx in the past three decades or so. And of course, a point to make in the argument about illegal immigration.

I believe that the question needs to be looked at in a different light.
Here is the question I am asking when it comes to the entire issue of the children of illegale immigrants:
If a woman, who is pregnant, does risky actions that endagers her life and that of her unborn child, is she a fit mother? There are alot of activities that it is stated that if a pregnant woman does, it could put her at risk of losing her child. Everything from hiking long hours in the hot sun, to falls, to other activites. After all if a woman who is pregnant goes to jail, she gives birth, allowed to hold her child and then the child is taken away.
The issue of illegale immigrants and their children is one that needs to be adressed as part of the bigger issue. Now personally here is what I believed and this makes the best sense. If an illegale immigrant or any who comes to this country pregnant, the answer should be no, as part of the trip is dangerous and there is the risk of the lose of the child. However, if the illegale immigrant or any who comes into this country, and then gets pregnant and then gives birth, the answer is yes, as the concern for the child is there on the part of the woman.

Actually, it has been an issue in TX for awhile now, along with said children attending school, illegals in school.

Not mention the strain on social services.

It's always been an issue, but now it's a serious issue with our own collapsing economy, and how the LEGAL citizens are forking up hard-earned money to support illegals. Facing more inflation (price of food, oil, etc), it would only make sense to kick these people outta here so we can focus on the people who are actually PAYING taxes.
