Nothing new here. Is this really surprising to anyone?

That is what politicians do, they promise to fix americas problems, they get elected and they fail to do anything to help the middle class. Those who whould actually do good for the people are easily corrupted by corporate lobbying and sell out voting legislation in favor of corporations.

Left wing and right wing are both the same. They both love money and power and will step on anyone to get it. What we see today in our government is a form of fascism.

Former Italian dictator, Benito Mussolini, is quoted as saying, “Fascism should more appropriate be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.“

The Nazis and Stalin were not socialists - they used socialist terminology to garner support of the masses, while in reality they were a bureaucratic dictatorship. I suspect both were used by TPTB to destroy the credibility that socialist/communist idealogy had/has for decades to come to allow corporate feudalism to take root and become the dominant social mechanism for the last half of the 20th century.

Which it did, so I guess their propaganda worked.

Holy smokes what a load of horse turds. Using the state to create statelesness. Might aswell use a flamethrower to put out a housefire, or bailout banks to create sustainabilty. Thanks for the chuckle though.
