through your nose for 5 seconds.

in for ten seconds, and then let it
out through your nose for ten

(with your lungs deflated).
Step 4: Repeat this process 9 more times
This will sync up your mind with your body
and allow you to feel time flowing through
your mind. Can you feel time flowing
through the center of your mind? It's your
pineal gland, your sixth sense, your
perception of time. Smell, Taste, Touch,
Hearing, Sight, Perception of Time. It
comes in through the front, and out

With enough focus, you will begin to feel blips
These blips are events, all events, mostly dull
background noise, but focus on the bigger blips.
The bigger ones are considered more important by
more people, focus on these blips. It is from
these blips that you will learn to see the other
blips. And from there, it sucks you in as if
you can see it. Eventually it will turn into
something more real than your former reality.
Much like a dream is a more dulled reality, the
reality that you are in right now is very much
dulled. (staring at tiny dots on a screen) At
this point you will be able to take your
physical body with you anywhere you want in the
present or future.
