the U.S. Agency for International Development has announced a program under which it will partner with the government of Armenia—a nation anxious to lure computer work from American shores--to promote the development of the country's information technology industry.

Armenia is looking to establish itself as a center for low-cost IT and engineering work outsourced from the U.S. and other Western countries.

Interesting though... I wonder if this has anything to do with Kosovo!

At the end of the day there must be a reason for all of this, what is the Agenda here?

How come American Tax Money is so misused?
Should americans stop paying taxes that ONLY go towards things they do not agree with?

Edit: And don't you think that since it's taxpayer funded that it should be mandatory for the amount of funding to be disclosed?

Believe me this barbarian Cabal has no interest in the well being of the people of Armenia - it's a political move, they want to bribe them for something which will benefit them.

And they can be very generous with American's money.. it doesn't cost them a penny, they hardly even pay taxes - it's the American people's money they are so generously spending. And the IT companies involved will surely be American and will rake in more millions in profit. So more public money is siphoned off into the private sector.
