This guy is the Democrat that just keep on giving. Over the last year, Pete Stark has been recorded attacking his constituency as "murderers" for wanting the border secured and suggesting that he wouldn't waste the urine to piss them. Now hes vomiting from the mouth yet again and suggesting it would go against the constitution to enforce the "E-Verify" program. Thats right, he thinks keeping employers from hiring illegal aliens is unconstitutional.

I agree. If we let them stay here, and we refuse to deport them and enforce our existing laws, then we must extend constitutional rights to them. It is ridiculous that this is even an issue, but I believe we should extend all of our "inalienable rights" to all people. I also believe we should enforce our laws so that this debate doesn't need to happen.

How To Fix Immigration

We need World Class Human rights. When an illegal alien shows up at an ER, we need to give them world class healthcare, and then deport them. When they show up to apply for a Driver's License, we need to give them world class customer service and direct them to the waiting officer to deport them. When they show up for a job interview, we need to give them equal consideration for the job, but point out that it will be hard to commute after we DEPORT THEM!

I think we should allow as much "legal" immigration as possible. I am all for it. But they need to go through the proper channels, get the visas, pay taxes, etc. Anyone here illegally is a foreign invader in my opinion!

Pete Stark is all for the electronic verification of my identity for the purpose of 'allowing' me to purchase a firearm.

He thinks it is bad to use the same kind of system to verify if you have satisfied the requirements to legally work a job in this country?

If we are not allowed to verify that a potential employee is even a legal alien with a work VISA, how do we know that the applicant is even old enough to work (satisfying child labor laws)??????????

Nice avvie, BTW. It made me laugh, I never thought of Obama pulling it off as a Mexican!

You are right on there but let me add one thing.

Their government of origin needs to be billed for every penny this country spends on them. Give them 30-days to pay and then seize assets equal to the amount owed.

I know, that's logic nonsense. Something our gov't is not particularly good at utilizing.
