What most people are unaware of is that THERE IS NO LAW that says you have to accept Federal Reserve Notes as payment for a debt. If you think there is, please show it to me.

Answer from the US Treasury.

The pertinent portion of law that applies to your question is the Coinage Act of 1965, specifically Section 31 U.S.C. 5103, entitled "Legal tender," which states: "United States coins and currency (including Federal reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal reserve banks and national banks) are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues."

This statute means that all United States money as identified above are a valid and legal offer of payment for debts when tendered to a creditor. There is, however, no Federal statute mandating that a private business, a person or an organization must accept currency or coins as for payment for goods and/or services. Private businesses are free to develop their own policies on whether or not to accept cash unless there is a State law which says otherwise. For example, a bus line may prohibit payment of fares in pennies or dollar bills. In addition, movie theaters, convenience stores and gas stations may refuse to accept large denomination currency (usually notes above $20) as a matter of policy.

Maybe you overlooked or missed this part.......

"This statute means that all United States money as identified above are a valid and legal offer of payment for debts when tendered to a creditor. There is, however, no Federal statute mandating that a private business, a person or an organization must accept currency or coins as for payment for goods and/or services."

THERE IS NO LAW, no law is the key word, that states YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT federal reserve notes as payment.

So this is not an answer to the question, and I already knew of this, it's in "The Redemption Manual."

You can accept whatever you like as legal tender, and this is why so many businesses no win Michigan and elsewhere are printing their own form of currency. We all could do this.

And it is Colloidal Gold which they drink to maintain health and longevity. Gold, to them (the Elite), has magical powers and so they hoard it.

Do you think something like the Baghdad Battery could be involved in making colloidal gold?

I know it's from a bit deeper down The Rabbit Hole and of dubious reality but have you heard of White Powder Gold, I believe also called Mono Atomic Gold, linked in with Akhenaten, Moses et al?

[edit on 5-8-2010 by Thepreye]

Yes I have. And I do think it is related. It is so sad that so many people don't understand or don't investigate the elements and what they do.

Main Entry: al·che·my
Pronunciation: \ˈal-kə-mē\
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English alkamie, alquemie, from Middle French or Medieval Latin; Middle French alkimie, from Medieval Latin alchymia, from Arabic al-kīmiyā', from al the + kīmiyā' alchemy, from Late Greek chēmeia
Date: 14th century
1 : a medieval chemical science and speculative philosophy aiming to achieve the transmutation of the base metals into gold, the discovery of a universal cure for disease, and the discovery of a means of indefinitely prolonging life
2 : a power or process of transforming something common into something special
3 : an inexplicable or mysterious transmuting

Explanation "1" above says it all.

Funny how just a few seconds of research can turn up plausible answers. And I would assume, not that I do that often, that it is exactly what it means and why the Elite hoard the gold.

I, as well, look forward to your posts. S&F for you always. Thank you for the kind words. Yes, it is a shame that more people have not understood what has gone on in the past and that it is all an illusion.

If we all were to stop feeding the machinations, then it would cease to function or exist at all. We would be free. I think of all the people who have died trying to alert the public or wake up society as a whole. What a sad waste of a good life, but the ruling Elite must protect themselves.

This is why I find what I am doing now, what Mary: Croft has done and so many others before us, to be the most effective way of stopping the insanity. We are all one entity in the end, a part of the earth where we will return to, even the Elite. So why suffer, when the cure is right in front of you. You need not live in fear of anything or anyone. Just file the paperwork and you are free. You must step forward and claim what is rightfully yours, your being. Otherwise they will continue to use you and to sell your identity and your divinty. All the while they get richer and you get poorer and live in fear, while the Elite eat caviar and drink finely aged wine.

So what are you people going to do? Stand up and be counted, or lay down and die of fear and starvation? "There is no spoon."

"I can only show you the door, you must pass through it."

There have been so many movies that point out a few things each time. The Elite do this to see how many people are paying attention. Are you paying attention, anyone?

Thanks again ProtoplasmicTraveler, for all the great writtings and information. One day soon..................

A "Debt Instrument is a written or contractual agreement to repay a debt. As in a Promissory Note. That has what to do with this topic?

Federal Reserve Notes are debt instruments.

Sorry, I'm at work and I'm posting quick and reading quicker.

What I meant is, what does all of this you are all discussing have to do with the myth that the Federal Reserve Act expires in 2012, which is the topic of this thread?

I'll quit posting until I have more time.

I understand the LBMA (London version of COMEX) is having delivery problems - Max Keiser covered it in his last episode if you are familiar with him - www.youtube.com...

Silver is likely to break first - but according to Willie and Max, it looks like hedge funds are raiding COMEX and LBMA because they are over leveraged and the metals are in contango - I hope the market wins.

With regard to your rundown on the Fed, I agree with most of it - I'm not sure about the bankruptcy part, I've heard it a few times - but never seen any really good raw data there.

As for the US gold - I have a feeling thats all long gone - sold into the market, or sold to private buyers - but I think Knox is either empty, or very short and that any gold left is encumbered (leased, or owned by other parties - possibly several times over).

Some favor a return to a gold standard - and I am a proponent of hard money - but only so long as it is not centrally controlled.

As for the OP - the dates seem wrong - I dont think there is a match, sounds like someone looking for non existent connections.

The average wage in 1913 was 5 cents an hour. 5 cents! Need I say anymore. Step 1: Increase the currency supply. Step 2: Inflation. Step 3: Bring in more Immigrants, change social policy (get woman to work), establish labor laws, etc. to offset surplus in currency supply. Step 4: Deflation. Step 5: Create war to increase the currency supply. Step 5: Repeat steps.

Nor will you likely see any really good raw data on it unless you are a key member of Congress, the Senate, the President, the Treasurer, or the Chairman of the Fed or one of our creditors.

The most modern day evidence comes from former congressman James Traficant who blurted it out on the house floor one day when trying to drive home the seriousness of a policy decision being debated by the house.

Shortly thereafter Traficant found himself the matter of a corruption investigation and was found guilty and sent to prison on what he still contends were trumped up and false charges.

Yet when one actually takes the time to study history as it unfolded through the newspapers of the day (The New York Times Archives are free and a great source for this) a very disturbing picture of events that does not jive with official accounts of World War I, the Treaty at Versailles, the League of Nations rejection by the Congress, who negotiated those deals, the post World War I bonus army attacked in their shantyville camp by the U.S. Military after encamping their to try to collect long over due bonuses promised to them for fighting in the war, the rounding up of all gold, and the forced incorporation of all the states under Washington D.C. and the Federal Government and then the great depression itself there is a very strong case that points to the United States going bankrupt.

The information is in my humble opinion being suppressed because a corporate entity in bankruptcy is run by the court, not by the corporation. This would mean that the United States has lost it’s sovereignty to an International Bankruptcy Court and has since not been in charge of its own destiny. When you look at debacles like Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan and the policeman role we have come to play in the world, there is some strong evidence to suggest that our government is being directed by outside sources, as any bankrupt entity would be.

That we are obviously trillions in debt, and can’t afford most of what we do abroad and a fair portion of what we domestically and have no apparent means to pay back that debt further supports the conclusion and because the American people have been deceived so long in so many ways, if all the pertinent facts came out, it very well could lead to anarchy and rebellion.

Many would argue that the American dream has turned into or is rapidly turning into the American nightmare, and there is a source for that affliction.

I do believe we are in bankruptcy, I do believe we are ruled by a shadow government of industrialists and bankers, and religious entities (Rome) and that most of the rest of the world is as well.

There certainly is a lot of information out there to ponder and investigate and as Daddio has said, it’s hard to imagine why more people aren’t looking for real or at least better answers than the politicians and media are giving us.
Thanks for posting.

If you don't believe it, you can start here:

www.supremelaw.org...

And this is another good place to start:

supremelaw.org...

Those two pages are what removed the blinders from my eyes. There are a wide array of supreme court cases and congressional testimony cited there that you can check out yourself.

Why would the founders agree to be indebted to European powers after winning the revolutionary war? Where does it state officially (not on some fanciful conspiracy site) that the US is a bankrupt 'corporation'? What did Traficant say that exposed all this? It sounds like some fanciful fiction to me but I am open minded. The real debt is ofcourse owed to China. Link?

The current crisis is simply a resetting of the bankruptcy that has been going on since 1792 coinciding with crisis and wars to manipulate the people into thier agendas. It happens roughly every 70 years. The 1792 bankruptcy culminated in the war of 1812, then it was reset in 1862 with the civil war and again in 1933 coming off WWI along with the great depression culminating in WWII which was when the greatest changes to the system were made and the republic was completely put away for the current socialist commercial system.

Then Now again starting in 2001 with 9/11 and the middle eastern wars and another great depression in the making. We have yet to see the end of this one. I guess it depends on what it takes to get the people to comply. My guess is they will more easily comply and we will go into a world currency like the IMF credits or something. But something tells me people have not felt enough pain yet.

I have stopped caring since I do not have power to change it and do not see any significant will to change it among enough people. My strategy is to avoid dealing the PTB where I can and go along to get along when I have to to provide for my family.

yet many native calenders do agree on the end of an age somewhere within that time range

Which calendars? I am only aware of the Mayan calendar, which by the way has no prophecies connected with the end of the Haab calendar.

Many can't understand why this is happening. Let me suggest the reason.

To understand what is going on, one must understand something about consciousness that is very specifically avoided all over the world. It is never spoken of, never mentioned, and is often suggested as impossible.

When consciousness began its expansion process it realized something very quickly. One energy form could control another energy form and stop the expansion dead in its tracks. Imagine a pea being covered by a cup. Once the cup is ensconced, the pea can do nothing. This would not do. So consciousness altered its being. It did not create a law, or a rule, it simply altered its being so that nothing of this nature could not happen except by agreement. So, if the cup decides to trap the pea, it needs the pea's permission first. It may then do so, until the pea decides it no longer wishes to be trapped and the cup must let it go.

This is called Freewill. It is not a rule, not a law, it just is and you are, are it.

In order to control and entire planet, you must get the people involved to agree to play. Why would anyone play this game? The answer is they have been deceived.

To understand why and how, one needs to understand a bit about the topic of this post. Consciousness also realized that some games would go on forever as some energies deceived others into playing for an eternity. So a system was set whereby energy would be filtered into any game being played - earth plane for example, that would change the game a bit regardless of the wishes of the players. The Mayan calender is simply a guide to the process that takes place. It is about consciousness, not time. Time is an illusion of the game installed to confuse the transitions that take place as described by this calender and others.

So, as consciousness expands the awareness of the game players, us, the controllers (elites that are unseen) change their method of control. We hit the home stretch in the early 1900, this is easy to see via all the changes. The controllers are much smarter than we are and they knew/know of the change that is part of the process. The instituted a new form of contract to give up Freewill and spent a lot of money and time to PR it into place. As daddio will attest your BC is a contract, a contract that actually gets you to give up your freewill in exchange for worthless pieces of paper.

So the system we see in place is a big mechanism designed to get an entire populace to give up their Freewill in a way that benefits the controllers. They have thought of everything to get you to stay playing the game. They have people believing there is no freewill, that god will hurt them, their family will die, they'll have no money, no food and on and on and on.

This is what they hide. As daddio will attest, you can assert your freewill and take back your life, but they make it hard, but they will agree as they must. They don't need to make things easy, as the game is the game, but you don't need to play either. We choose to play as we must.

You'll notice the "all seeing eye" is not attached to the pyramid. There is a reason for that. Said folks are not on the earth plane, they rule from above it. The reason for that is complicated, but it can be helpful to see this as a part of the game. The elite can do what they want, print money and be rich AND make us the same but they are beholden to the overlords. When the collapse happened - easily seen via the cycles the mayan and other calenders show, the elite could have simply wiped out all mortgages and moved on. BUT, they need us in debt, because debt slaves give up their freewill more easily then those without debt and they don't serve us, but the unseen who's agenda is not money, but control and to control means agreement.

Debt was determined to be the best way to enslave - get folks to give up their freewill.

You live in a world where shopping lifting a pack of gum can get you sent to jail, you really imagine a theft of a continent through armed action owned by powers you still have to conduct trade with stands.

The Treaty of Paris describes the nature of the debt, just not the dollar amount of it.

Wikipedia can tell you all about the first and second United States Bank, so can my Tax Day thread here on ATS.

Wikipedia can also tell you about the Greenback dollar, the New York Times Archives can tell you all about the Federal Reserve and World War I, the Treaty of Versailles, The great depression and the confiscation of American citizen's Gold by the Government.

There are a number of threads on ATS about Traficant, and articles all over the Internet, Google can be your friend.

ATS Search can be your friend, you can be your friend, and dillgently perform your own investigation.

My Tax Day thread has some of the Links to all of these things and more.

Tax Day April 15th 2010, the London Bankers Celebration of Lincoln's Death

My all Roads Lead to Rome thread also has tons of links for some of these issues, and the link to that is in my signature below.

Happy learning!

Thanks.

Cherokee, Iroquois, Hopi, theres a few... Pretty much all Native Americans have some saying about the 2012(ish) time. ALL saying it's a reawakening/rediscovery not the end of the world. Cherokee say the pale people with white eyes will come.

I'd translate it more of a global shift rather than the destruction of everything.www.greatdreams.com...

The 2012 ending is actually just the end of the fifth age. Take it like you will...

So totally agree proto traveler is dead on.
Ah the medevingians and they're toys the Rothschilds, and they're American cousins the Rockerfellas.

Why do millions wage war while only a couple hundred need to go? They set it up over 1000 years ago in Rome and we still suffer the same blood lines?? Hundreds of them tops... Billons of us.... That's weak even pathetic if you will!
Best of luck to future generations if we don't all die or get abducted or something first. If the world is gonna end in our lifetime ( just like everyother generation ) then why fight it right? Open ur eyes world
