The technology does, but the public sentiment and the manpower that would be required to monitor and control people constantly don't.

Public sentiment does exists but predominatly , it resides in China .

Manpower also exists but , predominantly , it resides in India .

The two nation makes up almost half of world population .

One of them has a cast system in place and the other is a communist nation .

In a new world order , one half makes the other half comply by default .


As for western societies in general , one would be surprised how fast the western nations could revert to the ' Role ' .


I bet that the % 99 of people would prefer a slavery and/or servitude status to a freeman status .
