So you have had it with the current Pres well this is how you get him and those that support him out, first the state of AZ needs to bring Charges of treason and perfidy against the current leader ship and call for impeachment, easier said than done, the state must prove the current presidential cabinet has acted in a treasonous way ,violating article iv sec4 of the us constitution, and must have a grand jury approval. so if you live in AZ give the GOV a call let her know that she has the power and the right to bring forth this charge, and ask for impeachment if she does not, for the person of the state has the right to call forth the act of, on the leader of the state. this is all found on the web, and was tried to be implemented on Bush- Chaney article II sec 4 needs to be implemented as well for this she the Gov of AZ needs to have house rep call for a house vote. no shots fired!!!!! see that was not that hard, now was it? now DO IT AZ!!!!!!!!!! it is up to you. and this can be used on sitting judges as well.

Illegal immigration is a different issue than what Arizona is facing, and we are discussing here.

Arizona has violent, armed, paramilitary soldiers crossing from Mexico into their land. These men have murdered many American citizens, including peace officers and border patrol agents. They have seeded corruption and violence into American bordertowns, and American citizens fear for their lives from foreign soldiers.
This sheriff is rightly voicing his outrage that when called upon, the federal govt. will not act. Especially since protecting the country from invasion is sort of the main reason we put up with a federal govt, ya know?

Obama will not act, hoping to leverage amnesty legislation for illegal immigrants. If Obama made that claim out loud, he's guilty of treason, trading American lives for political gain. Plain and simple.

Invaders? How can you not "lol" at that word when describing the current immigration situation.

Why do immigrants come here in the first place? Because they are promised work. Who gives them work? Many businesses.

Immigrants are not causing the troubles here in America, it's the companies who hire them and exploit them for cheap labor.

Go after the folks who give them reasons for coming to America in the first place....then the immigration debate can be valid and not so inaccurate.

Hello all!

Since this is a 'conspiracy theory' based forum where our objective is to detach our selves from all bad things and bad influence and live our lives as free, long and healthy as possible (no aspartame, fluoride, Mc Donald's, etc you get the point), then I will have to say the following:

Did you all know that we are all human being on earth, ONE RACE, race as a species, yes we are of different colors, some are white, some are in between and some are dark skinned, but yet, we are all human beings with a brain, two eyes, one mouth, a nose, two ears and I can guarantee you that these Mexicans have the same amount of these properties on their bodies just like you do, and they are intellectually capable just like you, with some of them being lawyers, doctors, teachers, engineers, etc. As humans, there should not be any "borders" on earth, every one should be free to roam any where on the planet. For example, if you want to visit Canada tomorrow, then Russia the next day and finally Italy the day after, you should not have any problems and delays to accomplish that by getting in your own plane and just deciding to fly other there at any time you want without having to answer to any one, OR build your own boat with a super powerful motor (maybe free energy based perpetual motion free from gasoline and toxins) and just sail your way to any part of the earth you want without fears of anything. That's what I call a truly free civilization.

Now, as for the Mexican situations that you call, I don't have a problem with Mexicans coming here as long as they are peaceful, responsible and cooperate for the betterment of the society. Now, I DO have a problem ONLY for the ones that are bad/evil and do drugs, these not only should be deported, but they should be sent to an isolated island quarantined there so they wont corrupt even their own country, Mexico.

When we start caring for every one that is of RIGHTEOUS nature regardless where they come from and their ethnic background, that way we, as a civilization, have made a leap forward towards our very first steps to true freedom.

For civilization to start moving in the right direction, the following bad influence must be eradicated from this world:
Music: Rap, hip-hop, reggaeton, reggae, heavy metal, and other similar. These type of music tells our youths that it is OK to do evil things like being a gangster, doing prostitution, drugs, violent behaviors, etc. These types of bad influences is affecting EVERYWHERE on planet earth, and some of these Mexicans are just one of the Victims of these bad influence, it tells them its ok to sell drugs and to rob people if they are poor and can't find a job or are in a difficult tight situation, same thing happens with all other ethnics such as blacks, Latino and white (yes Whites have Heavy Metal to teach them how to be destructive and mad amongst other).

So, illegal immigration is not our Main problems and that's not where out focus should be centralized now, there are other areas that we need to pay attention to, like these bad influences, the GLOBAL demoralization of society.

1. No way can we deport 20 million people without a lot of Americans dying or a triple dip in recession.

2. Someone has to pay for that.

3. Despite what you believe, illegal immigration is a money maker to the majority.
a. Pay illegals pennies on the dollar instead of paying Americans dollars on the dollar.
b. No health care being paid for illegals.
c. Free labor because some of them don't even get paid. They work a full day and get stiffed.
d. Your drugs and guns will not stop.

Without them the price of an apple would be 10 bucks a pound. It's cheaper to stiff them than pay some machine to pick the produce.

I understand you're scared. I get that. But instead of being afraid of illegals you need to be afraid of the GOP and Tea Party. They want YOU picking fruit instead of the financial slave.

If there's going to be a revolt against the federal government arizona might be the place it starts. I for one am pretty damb tired of giving theses people money to act counter to its peoples and mine wishes. Bunch of war monering bastards who want us to just take it and bow down before them. Do what we are told. The only question is do we stay and fight or leave and let the ship go down. I fear if left to continue on its course the us will just try and opress and control all peoples of the world. I don't see how anyone can stil join the armed forces knowing they don't give a care in the world for you. They don't even respect them enough to mark their graves properly.

It appears to me that the only solution forthcoming is one designed by, and adhered to, by individual States. It's going to take State governments declaring sovereignty over their own soil (as clearly defined and legal in the 9th and 10th Amendments of the US Constitution). Furthermore, it is likely that Arizona has within it's Constitution means for the Governor to assemble a militia to secure it's borders.

I live in Washington State and our Constitution specifically grants the right to do so under the following two provisions:

Article 1, Section 24 - The Right To Bear Arms. "The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself, or the state, shall not be impaired."

Article X - Militia. "The governor shall have power to call forth the militia to execute the laws of the state to suppress insurrections and repel invasions."

I haven't read Arizona's Constitution, but I'd hope that there are similar provisions within them to ensure legality. The most important thing individual States have going for them is that there exists nowhere in the US Constitution a provision denying States the right to defend themselves against enemies foreign or domestic. I wish more people would stand up against this. Sheriff Babeu may embellish certain things, but that in no way overrides what I feel is the absolute necessity of border States to protect themselves from invasion.

I know it's convenient to blame Obama right now b/c he has been such a failure, but this is bigger then Obama.. It's bigger then US Policy. The North American Union was enacted under GW Bush without any vote. The UN's Agenda 21 has been pushing through boarderless nations, and is currently attempting to unify all nations under one law.

Global Elites want full control of everyone's currency, along with lifesyles (transportation, food, use of electricty). To them, Mexico is apart of the US, and will support both US and Mexico's merging at all costs. Despite being against all common sense, and US sovernty, the two countries are becoming one.

It's too late... The North American Union has already been signed on. Nothing we can do to change it, but to reject it peacefully. Both Canada and Mexico have gun bans, and that will eventually be pushed onto us. It's almost like they want us to fight back, only so they push through their global law by force.

so Canadians are on their toes..we take our guns and bows and our power tools really seriously up here...if they take my huntin tools, I have a serious 24 volt battery drill with extra batteriies...and I ain;t afraid to use it.

I'm not afraid at all. I think it's time we as Americans get our hands dirty, even you. All of us together. I do not believe in an open borders policy, nor does Mexico. If you doubt that, why not scope out how they manage their southern border. I've traveled all around the globe, and have stood on four different continents. In that time, I had to show my passport to literally every nation when I walked in (even in the Middle East).

I don't believe that allowing people to come across our border is any different if they are a farmer, or a terrorist. There's only one way to verify which they are, and that's to ensure that they go through the proper channels to enter our nation, just as we go through the proper channels when going to another nation. Try going to Europe and stay in a hotel without giving them your Passport. You verify your nationality right then and there for them all to see.

I have zero tolerance for people who defy law rather than support it. You certainly defy law, as evidenced in your postings, yet only when it benefits you (supporting illegal people). Perhaps you defy other laws too? Perhaps you drive when you're drunk. Perhaps you fail to drive with insurance. Perhaps you use someone else's credit card when making purchases. Perhaps you knowingly take other people's property. Perhaps you have even shot someone, or stabbed someone, but not in the act of defending yourself.

Those are also, just laws. Laws that people go to prison for when they violate them because we as a people have come together and said that we will not tolerate that sort of behavior in civilized society.

Society has rules. One of those rules, supported by virtually every nation, is that when entering a nation, one must do so legally, through official channels, and must declare ones national status and reason for being there. Go to Germany and try not to do that as an American. Go to Israel and try to do that as an American. Go to Brazil and try to do that as an American. Go to Australia and try to do that as an American.

Every civilized nation supports and maintains border security, and requires a person to declare their citizenship when directed. Mexicans get no special treatment as far as I'm concerned. If they come into this nation illegally, they will be dealt with in the same manner as someone illegally entering another nation.

i think i have a plan on how to solve this problem of the border, fist send in armed troops with rubber blanks yes this harsh but hay this needs to be done, with orders, shot at use, deadly force! second put them to work want a free pass well gee we need roads, streets, side walks, work for your right to be here no just for pay check but for flag, you want to be US citizen or just here for the doe. how do we find them gee that is easy go to food banks, welfare/ unemployment offices, the local corner.
