There's obviously a language barrier, in the article in the OP:

Missiles, satellites, and meteors aren't hoaxes, right? So if that's what most objects were how can he claim most reports were hoaxes? UFOs are mostly misidentifications of manmade objects or natural phenomena, according to MUFON.
