Tarifa37.....

Thanks for posting that interesting video.

To me, it seems to be something insubstantial.....perhaps like a seed or similar as suggested above.

Kind regards

Then why does it seem to change trajectory at the 0:22 second mark, ascending and changing it's apparent shape when the camera starts facing the sun? It seems to be following the camera movement, and it's basically in the same part of the screen throughout the clip as well.

Lens flare seems like a reasonable explanation, no?

I am leaning towards seed too although the iss explanation is interesting. With the exact time of July 30 2010, 11:28 GMT being given, it should be possible to find out if there was a pass at that time over Amsterdam.

Tarifa37.....

There goes whatever microscopic level of credibility I might have, if I can't tell the difference between the ISS & a seed!

Cheers mate

You should be safe according to this there was no visible pass of the ISS on that date www.heavens-above.com...

Search Period Start: 12:00 Friday, 23 July, 2010
Search Period End: 12:00 Monday, 02 August, 2010
Observer's Location: Amsterdam ( 52.3500°N, 4.9170°E)
Local Time: Central European Summer Time (GMT + 2:00)
Orbit: 350 x 360 km, 51.6° (Epoch 01 Aug)

No visible passes found within the search period.

So seed it is. And your credibility is still intact.
