It is from the movie Pumping Iron. It is a great movie and I suggest that you watch it.

That movie just reveals the pimp that he is. Gives a whole new perspective to acting doesn't it. You have to hand it to Arnold. He's the only person in the world that relates having sex with women to exercise. I think I heard him say at one point that it doesn't matter who the woman is, he takes them as they come.
