This should be the right thread for this since it involves dreams. I hope the title is not misleading. Tonight while I was dreaming; I was dreaming in my dream and it was in full detail of everything. Hopefully you can picture what I'm trying to say here. Being able to dream and then dream while you dream is really scary.

Yes of course.

The movie Inception is even based on it. I saw it last night and it was absolutely worth watching in the cinema.

All I want to know is what you are doing awake at 4:30am?

Just wanted to have a laugh...
But I am an avid believer in dreams and the possibility of the idea of 'predictive dreams'.

I, for one, have some.
Now, to dream whilst in a dream...of a dream?
That is a conundrum...

I can't say I've ever had that.

That does what it was about. I knew I should of put more detail in my original post. What's weird is that I lucid dream and that it felt like I was actually in a different world dreaming while I was dreaming.

Dreams are a very complicated thing, Also very hard to find true
meanings any particular dream may have personally.

You're right. It was a cool experience being able to dream while you dream. I might have some hidden psychic powers.

Don't wish that on yourself,
There would be nothing worse than seeing some thing in your own future come to be. It's not like a tv show.

I guess it can happen. I remember I had woken up within a dream only to wake up from a dream in a dream that was also a dream. Was pretty awkward.

"Awkward" is an understatement. It downright makes me feel very uneasy.

To tell yourself 'Okay, it's time to wake up' only to find that your still in a 'Alice in Wonderland' demension? It reminds me of that old slogan for cassette tapes-"Is it live or is it Memorex".

Maybe we'll have some of our members that are versed on this, to explain what and how this this type of dreaming occurs.

Gives me the 'willys' just to think about it!
