Yeah..its really great for people on dialup that cant download all the updates. So they can just use this and not have to download as many.

I'm on 56Krap and this CD is a blessing from the Microsoft gods. I ordered this CD and installed on all 3 of my XP Professional PC's. The only drawback is that the most recent update on the CD is from Mid-October 2003. That means you'll STILL have to use Windows Update for the more recent updates.
