The only 2 options the evidence seems to support for me are:

1.) Small suicide craft armed with explosives detonating slightly away from the hull

2.) Small missle/projectile that exploded away from the hull.

The evidence seems to point in these two directions.

It's kinda like they wanted to hit it just enough to put a nice size hole in it(so oil could leak out) instead of blowing it up.

This has self inflicted written all over it.
