Interesting Video...USO?

Can someone please debunk this? It is rather....peculiar...

That would be my best bet - BIOLUMINESCENCE

It is obviously an ROV. You can tell it is at the end due to the squarish shape and yellow color. The silt keeps getting stirred up due to the movement of the two ROVs and at one point the recording ROV is holding a cable that is also stirring up the silt. As for the white stuff being "shot out" by the other ROV, watch the live feeds for a while and you will see this stuff on every shot. It is most likely solids, methane hydrates, and other stuff, not a weapon being utilized by a USO.

Do ROV's move in that manner? and Have you seen the rest of the videos posted by that guy?

I don't agree with his conclusions that its a bug...nano tech maybe? and that is if its anything abnormal, of course...

its weird how that video pauses for a bit, then it brings up alot of dust
