This handbook describes how we are accomplishing our mission. It is designed to
promote greater understanding of our major acquisition programs. It describes what
each is designed to achieve; summarizes program schedules; and offers information
regarding contractors, teaming arrangements, technical maturity, international
sales, and critical interdependencies with other systems. It augments several key
publications which characterize the strategic context for the work we do, which
include our Army Posture Statement, our Modernization Strategy, and our Science and
Technology Master Plan.

if only we spent this sort of energies on combating problems in the world.
this is all about death and destruction and the money to be made at it.
our tax dollars flying out the door in pursuit of more oil for the war machine -
more profit for the profiteers. put flag decals all over it , but its bull#.

That is a GREAT find dude. I didn't have time to read it all, but I bookmarkede it so I can go back and read it later. I've heard you are able to legally and freelly download the U.S military sniper manual. I don't remember the name of it though. A fail on my part

Awesome rocking find guy! Definitely something to bookmark for later use!

Something to think about for all the people who see the US military forces as less than effective against other nation's standing armies.
