Perhaps to avoid funding Islam, by buying a new Koran every year just to burn it, you could buy or even steal 1 Koran read it thoroughly then every year burn the most apt or fiendish page.

You have to think outside of the box in your war on terror.

You want to condemn a whole religion for the actions of but a few people.

Well, had the American government not been in Saudi Arabia or other "holy" countries raping their resources and stealing most proceeds that come from the resources ... maybe this wouldn't have happened.

It seems you have a very narrow view of the world. A view in which Hypocrisy rules and Reason is non-existent.

You go ahead and burn your books.

Historically speaking - you are in `good` company .

Be sure to wear your nicest brown shirt for your big event.

I found an article that is closely related to this topic. Written by Fritz Springmeier it details how the West ( U.S.A & U.K ) helped to create fundamental/extreme groups in the middle east. You may or may not agree with it but I found it very very interesting. Go to fritz-springmeier.dbs2000ad.com... and find the article entitled 'To love or hate - know your enemy'

Whatever floats your boat. Free Country.

To me your of rhetoric is just a product of terrorists.

They like to claim that America hates all Muslims and that all Muslims must rise and fight for thier future, thier children, thier families.

It's utter BS of course...but everytime someone like you spouts off like this you help them out.

People's interpretation of Sharia Law runs the spectrum. Similiar to christainity...from peace and forgiveness to bombing abortion clinics and shooting doctors. The fact that thier are more Islamic Extremists is a function of economic circumstances...very poor populaces with very wealthy leaders...and ironically that is due to the US propping up and supporting those leaders.

Saudi Arabia operates under Sharia law...think about that next time you take a look at those pics of US POTUSs holding hands with the Suadi King etc.

I imagine absent US support and massive amounts of oil money, Saudi Arabia and other theocracies would be a radically different place.

Over a Billion...not millions.

And Christianity still holds the prize for the "most insane violent religion that has ever existed"

You are right, The outpouring of Muslim support for the United States after the fact was unimaginable”. Oh yeah, wait, that didn’t actually happen. There were no large groups of Muslim’s who came out in defiance of this action after the fact.

The US dept of defense estimates there are maybe 10,000 Muslim Americans who enlisted to go fight the terrorists and are in active duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I will say right here and now that any Muslim, who is willing to condemn the vicious, violent portion of the Qur'an and treat it as the faith of peace, that they claim, I will personally attempt to defend you against your radical, hateful, violent brethren

Will you also personally attempt to defend them against the "radical, hateful, violent brethren" amongst your own? Maybe reflect upon your own emotions?

I get it. I have family serving in Afghanistan, a brother leaving for his third tour with the 101st soon. One of his brothers in arms is a Muslim. I asked him how he felt about it and he said he never really thought about it, it just doesn't matter to him. He actually looked at me like the question was dumb, like I didn't understand the war or what it was like over there...he was right...it was a dumb question.

Burn a Qur'an every day if you like, but I can say this with 100% certainty...that book did not fly planes into the towers...and it wasn't a natural consequence of the Muslim Religion.

If the crusades had been successful...and the Middle east was predominately Christian...the terrorists would be declaring themselves true Christians, following the word of the angry God of the Old Testament.

Religion is just the lever to manipulate gullible pawns..not the source of the violence.

ANYTHING can be used as a means to subversion when people don't THINK. But I bet it was a long and twisted road that took you to where tolerance is now subversion anyway.

The more important question for you at the end of this road is, what are you really saying? That we should go out of the way to be intolerant just in case someone is using tolerance to subvert...something? Help us out here. Finish your thoughts.

Agreed. Troll-like characteristics. But even if it is a troll, there is sentiment exactly like this out there, so I have to wonder if this is just some failed attempt at sarcasm to make some sort of point.

You are correct. This "tolerance" is part of a "normalization" process, as a follow up to the destabilzation period. You need to see the video contained in this thread. It's from a former KGB operative who tells us what is coming. www.youtube.com...

but you Indians don't like each other so I'm not too surprised that you hate Muslims who live in India, which means they are Indian also. But when a Hindu is not killing a Muslim, he's killing a Sikh, and when the Sikh migrate, you go after the Christian minority. when there is no one else to fight with in you're own country you turn to Pakistan who will welcome you with their knifes and guns because they'll be happier than a motherf**ker to fight, Indians and Pakistanis are the same people until 1947 when Pakistan announced its independence. but you are still the same people. you don't like living in peace for some reason. I truly feel sorry for you're women and children.

Umm, doesn't that mean that you have to go out and purchase a Quran every year with your money that you work for, thereby supporting the violent religion with your own personal finances?

In my opinion, for the terrorists to do the damage, people in our government had to pave the way. Sure there were and are some nutcase extremists (and what our government does in this world it's a wonder there aren't far more) but they had pathways opened to them. You will notice in the news just this week a customs officer, Jose Melendez-Perez, stopped one of the terrorists at that time. And so the terrorist, Mohamed al-Kahtani, didn't get to participate in the blood bath. TPTB have haunted this customs officer since, looking for any way to descredit him. He did his duty at a time when he was expected to, encouraged to and pressured to stand down.

Here's the story:

He blocked a terrorist from boarding United Flight 93, saving the U.S. Capitol from attack. So why has Jose Melendez-Perez been sidelined over a bureaucratic infraction?

Smerconish has been on top of this story for years.

This from last year:

Instinct of an American Hero

Here's an excerpt from that Smerconish article in the Huffington Post:

Customs officer Jose Melendez-Perez stopped the 20th terrorist, who was supposed to be on Flight 93 that crashed in Pennsylvania. Probably because of the shorthanded muscle on that team, the passengers were able to overcome the terrorists.

Melendez-Perez did this at great personal risk, because his colleagues and his supervisors told him, "You can't do this. This guy is an Arab ethnic. You're racially profiling. You're going to get in real trouble, because it's against Department of Transportation policy to racially profile."

He said, "I don't care. This guy's a bad guy. I can see it in his eyes." As he sent this guy back out of the United States, the guy turned around to him and said, 'I'll be back.' You know, he is back. He's in Guantanamo. We captured him in Afghanistan.

I have come to the conclusion that there are a small number of people in the world that will do anything for power, personal gain or to promote an agenda. At times these incongruous and unscrupulous people use each other to advantage. This, all the while thinking that they are more intelligent and ruthless than those they are using. When groups of these people with disparate agendas push in the same direction for just an instant, the rest of us are exposed to destruction on a level never imagined. And I think that was 9/11.

The year is 2045. The Muslim religion is near universal, with only small pockets of resistance scattered around the world, and in a cave called Israel.
Wife of Dreamer: Honey, it is time to burn the book!
Dreamer: AAAHHH! Where? Do you realize we are surrounded? Are you trying to kill me again!
Wife: YOU PROMISED. That is why I married you, remember? Your brave stance in the face of overwhelming evil?
Dreamer: I have burned so many, already. And the price has gone way up since hyperinflation kicked in thirty years ago. We are destitute as a result. Do you...?
Wife: Shut up and burn the book already, I already put it on an a credit card issued out of Dubai.

i have see the preacher interviewed by Rick Sanchez on CNN
totally agree with Rick on this...

the preacher say Islam is the Devil
every religion have certain very good statement
but rogue peoples have twisted those religion to a very radical view and some hidden dark purposes
Christian - Islam - Judaism ... same thing...THERE IS ONE SUPREME GOD (our CREATOR)
the story of humans .. our past ...was lost because those books have made it lost ... or it the real story was transcript in a way peoples in that time have viewed them...
there was no ALIENS with flying machines .. only GODS could be that powerfull
but my God doesnt preach that kind of hate
he might be a old very powerfull energy signature(soul) or a Alien
dont mather to me as long .. he is the good one to listen to
there is some "gods" that teach Evil in everyone
this preacher speak on behalf of someone with dark intentions

the freedom of speech include respecting other cultures and ways
or "stories"

hitler burned thousand of jewish books
its the same thing he wants here
did you see his mustache by the way ... he dont look like any preacher i have ever see before ...
this preacher is a cold crazy wicked dude
no wonder people get lost in their minds after listening to those guys
their mind get manipulated and corrupted by those preacher that always search for new followers

THIS PREACHER = ABOMINATION
shame on him to use his speech power on people with this kind of hate

The exact reasons you highlight in the OP are the reasons why it was obvious the owners made the choice to use "radical Islam" as the goat... too easy, another pass.

What a shame to see someone generalizing and acting so hateful towards others. Many innocent American Muslims lost their lives on 9/11 too. Radical Muslims, such as those that want to kill us, are extremest no different from other religious extremest. You are going to have to include burning the Bible with your yearly event. More people across the world, throughout time, have been killed in the name of God than of Allah. That makes you no better, if you are a Christian. It would be unfair to lump you in with extremest Christians, like it would be to lump loving Muslims in with their extremest.

Have you forgotten history and Inquisition? The church torturing civilians, killing civilians, and taking their lands in the name of the Church? Throughout time all religions have killed in the name of their God. No one is clean. So, to become so "holier than thou" against Muslims because of a minority sect seems quite absurd and ignorant of history of all religious acts of the past and the present.

It is also quite unsettling for me to see people that claim they are loving Christians and want revenge and violence. Obviously, they don't follow their own religion (just like the Muslims of 9/11) because if they did...they would abide by Jesus' teachings...Love thy enemies and turn the other cheek...
