Do you mean more advanced wheelchairs?
Or thought controlled wheel chairs and other technology?

I mean microimplants that allow you to actually remotely control a crippled person who cannot take care of themselves.

They don't exist, I believe..
I don't think you can use handicapped people as remote control cars.
