Well, apparently the most significant aspects of this Law have been rendered illegal by the Clinton-era appointed Judge.

From a political perspective, this surely means a victory for the Obama administration. From an electoral standpoint, it remains to be seen.

Let's hope this does not provide a reason for a violent backlash from the hardcore supporters of the law.
