Judge blocks parts of Arizona immigration law

news.yahoo.com

The overall law will still take effect Thursday, but without the provisions that angered opponents — including sections that required officers to check a person's immigration status while enforcing other laws.

Ugh!

This sucks, we just cannot seem to win against this illegal invasion. I predict a HUGE backlash to this however. Not only at the state level, but at the federal level, the administration has been exposed for their misdeeds.

It's time to bring our troops home, and plant them on the border!

It's at moments like this when I wonder who's side the FedGov is really on. Their true colors are showing and they will regret it come November.

It honestly wouldent surprise me if Judge Bolton was somehow bribed or coerced into striking down the parts of the bill that actually made it worthwhile. She seemed level headed in the past and actually ruled against allowing people to sue USBP agents for performing their duty (several illegals had tried to sue the USBP agents that caught them while sneaking over the border).

You know why they did this and the answer is obvious. The precedent is stupid, no enforcement of so many laws based on origin of LEO? Unworkable. Stupid, ridiculous.
Lawyers making more chaos to employ more lawyers at public expense.
The majority using normal interpretive skills no longer matter. THe minority now make uses it's own meanings of words and concepts.
