What this is showing is that it is poltics at its worse. The people who choose to go into the miltiary, are doing such out of a sense of honor and duty, willing to risk their lives to do what they are asked to do, and defend the country. Actions like this is just shameful and deplorable as it states, that like so many others who cry violations of rights, are in fact being denied the right to vote. The service members of US military should be accorded the same basic rights that we all have, and the right to determine who is in charge of the government is no less of a right than any of the others. I believe that if the DOJ fails to uphold on those rights of the US service members, they may find that this is another issue that will come out. The other question is are they refusing to do such as it would protect white voters, or cause it is not politically convienent.
