I also use the thing that we cant talk about on ATS and believe it has helped a lot.

www.webmd.com...

Until you are diagnosed with a terminal illness it's very difficult to say how you are going to respond and react. I take it you havn't been diagnosed with a brain tumor?

No I haven't. I intend to keep my health strong enough not to allow cancer to take hold of my body long enough for a tumor to show up, but if I fail at that, I'm 100% confident I can sort it out without the need for someone cutting or burning a hole in my head. But if that's the only solution someone's aware of, or wants to be aware of, then I'm certainly glad technology like that in the OP is moving forward.

However, I'm no armchair quarterback regarding the big C, as you can see by viewing the threads in my sig.

As for the other thing you mention, I'm guessing you're talking about hemp and wonder if you smoke it for pain relief only or take the oil orally, which is pretty well demonstrated to be a v. good cure for cancer, including brain tumors, even though it's illegal

Actually, better not answer, as it's contra ATS T&C and off topic

Or to "burn" out tumors

While my dad was suffering from cancer he used that stuff to help him keep food down, not so much as pain relief if that helps you

LittleIndianJr......

Regarding the surgical laser that is the subject of this thread:

Lasers don't really "burn" tumours out. It's more that the heat of the laser super-heats the intracellular fluid (i.e. the "water" in the cell) & the force of the fluid "boiling away" obliterates the cell.

Regarding the NanoKnife that is the subject of my other thread - NanoKnife: Cancer Breakthrough Without Radiation or Drugs :

The NanoKnife applies an electrical field to the cells. There is no "high temperature" effect like radio frequency ablation. There is no "low temperature" effect like cryo ablation. The electrical field changes the "porosity" of the cell membrane & dectivates the cell so that undergoes apoptic cell death. That is to say, the cell dies of old age as per the constant cell death & cell replacement of cells throughout the body.

Does that help?

Kind regards
