Censored Gulf news: Water test sample explodes

They are simply going by the EPA tests and the PPM. There are locations that for all intense purposes could be fairly safe to swim in, at least until the conatinment wells errupt.

Also it seems that they are mainly testing for oil in the water and not what the rest of us a deeply concerned about.

I guess I am on edge today and feel mighty testy about this whole mess-up.
