I am a sovereign being, I am not part of the collective, I will not be assimilated to any damn thing this collective wants, especially my soul.

We are all sovereign beings. I agree. But we are all sovereign beings that HAVE TO CO-EXIST WITH OTHER BEINGS.

There is no choice. There is no paradise. We have to work for what is best for all of us.

They only thing collective about it is that we all want to work towards the same goal, and that's what is best for our children.

I don't believe in one world government....I believe in my country...and the fact is...you support things that support the demise OF IT.

You need to take a look at what you believe. I believe in the people of MY COUNTRY. I don't care about color or sexual orientation....I just care that we STAND TOGETHER to HELP OURSELVES.

Why aren't you?

Who's life? Dodd, Dengel, Obama, Bush, Bernanke, Rockefellor, Rothschild.

Yeah, I really care about them. Yep. Gonna get right on paying my slave dues because I know for a FACT that the money I pay goes directly to the poor of the world. Yep better get my slave dues out and pay into those massive pocketbooks of the Federal Reserve.

I will get right on that.

Sorry, logic outweighs emotion.

Go ahead and keep dodging the question.

It's all good.

There is something that can be done, but everyone who has their "extremist tendencies",will scream socialism, communism, bla bla bla...

Nothing seems to work in the extreme,so it must be somewhere in between.

You will never get those in power to go for it,because they just love slurping up all of that honey for nothin, stop being milked, step away, stop feeding that which consumes you.

Disregard their rules if those rules keep you from doing good for yourselves or others, and you know they do!.

There is plenty for everyone, nobody should have to be hungry or homeless,or suffer from maladies which are treatable with current medical technology.

I believe that would be called "nullification",but enough of us have to do it to be an overwhelming force which cannot be controlled or diverted from it's goal.

Steal your freedom back, but don't be selfish about it.

Everything seems to be backwards in this world, why,if there are hard times,do those who can't afford losing more lose the most?.

If an economy is faltering,it would be wise to make sure that the people it depends upon were given all of the tools to help it recover, but it seems that they always cut services which make it more difficult for the little guys to do anything.

Just some of the idiotic things these melonheads do...

-Raise licensing fees on everything?.
-Cut public transportation and infrastructure maintenance?.
-Let food prices keep skyrocketing?.
-Mandatory health insurance that broke azz people can't afford to buy?.
-Unfair lending practices that are designed to result in foreclosure or repossession?.
-Casino banks which gamble people's savings?.
-Basically freeze wages compared to the cost of living?.
-Umpteen million more silly azz stooopid things we can't afford....

C'mon, they could do better than this, and they would if we all stopped being such a bunch of pushovers and accepting their horsehockey excuses for doing the wrong thing.

Stop accepting it,stroll off of the grid and support yourselves, they depend on you to depend on them.

There is something better that would work, but most of you have been brainwashed into thinking the same silly thoughts about the way things should be,because that's what they would have you think, because that's how they take advantage of you all.

THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX,TEAR DOWN YOUR CAGE.

you can't answer the question.

Cracks me up. People think increasing taxes on businesses somehow doesn't affect what those very same people pay for goods. Government-mandated inefficiency which trickles down like piss onto people who simply want to stretch an already thin buck. Thank you, socialism.

All I have to say on this subject is this:

I cannot stand the mentality of

Person A has X...

therefore

Person B is entitled to X, regardless of how hard Person A has worked to achieve X.

It's total and utter horse ****.

Yes, there are corrupt CEO's and total incompetents running some of the major corporations, fueled nothing but by greed, but you can't overgeneralize the "wealthy" into a group of dispassionate greedy power seekers.

A lot of people make their money through hard work and education. An opportunity everyone is entitled to.

I work in a management position until I attain the necessary degrees to move on with my desired career of counseling and psychology, but I can tell you one thing for sure:

Everyone thinks they're the best worker on the planet, and comparably to everyone else, they deserve more, totally irregardless of actual performance.

Many of you speak without having any idea the enormous difficulties of running a successful business, especially in unionized areas. You have absolutely, NO, idea.

You look at the argument from merely one perspective; the disgruntled worker who thinks they deserve more, automatically.

EDIT:

To shed a little more light on the matter:

I work for a company in a poor urban environment. We employ, and generously try to help many people that are struggling to find even menial jobs.

But the attitude is such that, why work when the government can give for free? About 90% of the people we hire directly from the town the business is located could care less about job integrity, and care more about figuring out the best way to sue the company for a quick buck.

Not to mention when qualified applicants see where the job is at, they run for the hills. How then, does one successfully run this company?

You tell me. Once I have my Psy. D I'm out.

Think about it from the other side, for a change.

We live in the America of 0 social responsibility and 0 integrity. It's all about the most you can get from the least amount of effort.

The unfortunate reality is there are too many people that simply choose to abuse and exploit the system, both rich AND poor.

Perhaps we should direct anger at the real villains of America: the lawyers.

They lie, deceive, manipulate, fabricate, and are paid ludicrous salaries to do it.

Lawyers run this country. Don't be foolish.

Its the same all over the world with all middle classes.
The ruling elites want a Rich and a Poor society ONLY.
They want Lords and serfs again, no middle class means that no one has the legal or financial power to challenge whatever rules they make in their favour, until Vive La revolucion.........

Nothing wrong with having alot of money if it was earned without doing harm unto another. If one produces something productive to society, it should be rewarded. If one 'takes' from another that which the other is unwilling to part with or not freewilled to give, they ultimately take from themselves. An ancient maxim though still applies today. Cosmic truth if you like. They work by design though are constantly approaching something greater as photons to it's Source.

It's what you Do with it that matters.
I see a lot of hoarding for no good reason.
It should be used to educate, improve health, create better 'human' inputs into society for the betterment of all.

When all 'folks' are seen as they Are, a potential Asset, not ass-hat, they could be 'use+full' to/for one another, the rich wouldn't have to look over their shoulders and the poor wouldn't have to look to another shoulder.

It doesn't take millions of corpses to achieve this.
If it did, it would result as internal entropy until one consumes oneself.....in their End.
Happens all the time.
Oh well.....

Imagine throwing a 'wet' handkerchief on your neighbors child.
On your own.
It seems heartless and foolish at the same time because itis.
How could one do to another's child what they would never wish on their own? It should seem 'hard' to believe. It's amazing what money and misplaced power can do to a society.

Really Shocking.
No?
.?.

I agree we should not penalize people and corporations who have done no damage and did not leave a wide swath of pollution in their wake and did not originally obtain their start up funds by some dubious practice of trickery and deception, or providing inferior products at inflated prices, using misleading ads and promises, basically stealing from the poor.

The American dream was not crushed by a conspiracy. It just crushed itself. We could have stopped it but that would have taken socialism. We don't really like socialism. We are a nation of serfs now. The lords control our every action. Love it or leave it.

I've always wondered why businesses that outsource labor to other countries aren't taxed more heavily and why businesses that hire in the United States aren't given more tax breaks. It seems to me like if you imposed a heavy tax per employee hired in another country and then gave big tax cuts per employee hired domestically it would keep the outsourcing numbers low. Also hurting the nation right now are the banks' lack of willingness to extend credit to people and the hike in interest rates. No startup can happen when there isn't capital backing and no startup can survive when the interest rates are too high.

This is why I'm a big believer in the concept of class warfare. If we could just get motivated enough to hunt down and exterminate all the CEO's, Banksters, and currupt politicians, we could make the world a better place.

Or we can just wait to die from the oil and corexit saturated water and air, or the toxic pharmeceuticals they force down our throats, or the stress of wage slavery and lack of job security, or the depression of the dying economy they intentionally destroyed, or the aspartame and high fructose corn syrup or flouride soft kill that makes you all docile impotent and stupid. Take your pick. Kill or be killed.

The kind of nonsense you espouse is so ridiculously inaccurate and tirelessly repeated, I find it hard to believe people give this kind of commentary any credit. The problems with the current shrinkage of the middle class have already been discussed, and no one is talking about welfare for the middle class as you seem to imply.

For someone going for your phd, you don't seem capable of reading the thread and addressing the issues that are brought up.

Here are some fact that I have pointed out.

and by others

Sadly, you seem to be the typical product of higher institutions of learning. All you know is what you have been programmed to believe, and do not know how to think independently. It seems you couldn't bother to read what others have written on the thread before making the standard, programmed response. This is another problem with our current system.
