Don't worry, it's just that there has been a large amount of 'doomsayers' on ATS lately, I guess maybe people are sick of hearing that the world is going to end everyday.

I can't find post, but someone posted something like 30K pelicans leaving US. Not saying I agree with you, just noticed that seemed to match.

Well june was predicted to be a horrible month so far nothing happend yet so the month still have dooms posiblities.

Wow, with comets hitting, massive lighting storms, food shortages, and much much more. Will they really have time for a Nuclear War? Well, I guess they will get bored being stuck inside will little exposure to the real world... So, Billy Bob and Jethro will want to play with the little red button/...... ha ha

maybe there will be water shortages but rampant mutant watermelons around too !!

There is no plauge of lobsters but parts of europe are suffering from a plauge of giant crabs planted by Stalin {true story} And I like crab much more. As far as the nuclear war that may not be a war at all but with the earthquaks caused by asteroid it may destroy the worlds underground bunkers releasing radioactivity upon everyone.

Both my husband and I grew up with mothers' who believed totally in these signs. One was a traditionalist Catholic and the other a Southern Proestant. The result: we were terrified, as children, by the "double moons", "double suns", "three days of darkness etc.". Don't know what I can add to this discussion, but the OP brought up all sorts of childhood fears that hubby and I both share.
We wish our mothers' (much as we loved them) had kept those stories to themselves.

Joey - my point exactly...or so I thought. As I see it all Catholics are Christians but all Christians are not Catholics. So is this message saying that only Catholics are rightious? I'm trying not to get defensive here but this rubs me the wrong way.
