Interesting you say they don't know about all the planets but there is a tablet that says differently. This video shows a view why Sitchin believes
the sumerians knew about the planets. I am currently reading the Enuma Elish not translated by Sitchin, but somebody else.
Even tablets have depicted earth as seven dots which if counted from pluto towards the sun it would be seven.
So why seven dots to signify Earth as the number. We know we are the 3rd rock from the sun not seven planets from the sun.
But hey keep on trying to debunk things stereo. you are becoming ignorant and naive.

The single tablet in question is a seal that is misrepresented by Sitchin et al. It is not a representation of the planets. If the ancients actually knew about more planets don't you think there would be more information than a single instance? Astronomical tables were recovered from Sumer, but none of the tablets mention anything other than the naked eye planets.
So please learn to separate these sorts of stupid claims from fact.
