Interesting. Al Gore is most likely very sad this man isn't coming down for breakfast anymore:
Stephen Schneider, a Stanford biology professor and world-renowned climate scientist, died July 19 from an apparent heart attack. He was 65.
Steve was an immensely influential climate change researcher and a lead scientist on the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which shared
the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize with former Vice President Al Gore. Described by the New York Times as a "climate warrior," Steve was a tireless,
fearless advocate for the environment, and had an unrivaled commitment to educating the public.
