Looks like communism run amok to me. Sadly, I do not think these people will have any sort of recourse against their communist masters.

Congratz on your first thread teddster86, I agree this is getting serious with all the sudden oil pollution, it really seems like the planet is being terraformed/modified for the worst as far as humanity is concerned... As a species humanity really needs to find better ways to minipulate energy in cleaner ways keeping the environment in mind..
