How to view Border Security videos?

I want to view the videos on Border Security. How do I do this? Sorry for the novice question, I know it's most likely operator error on my end. I've never viewed one of those videos.

I click on the box, and then I get a mainly black screen with no player controls.

You mean these ones: ATS News: Border Security, Part One: Sheriff Joe Arpaio?

You need to wait a few moments for the video player to load and "springboard loading". If you don't see that, you might need to upgrade your flash.
