This thing is How many light years away??

So I want to know how they got it onto the scales to weigh it..


But seriously, even with out best telescopes this thing must be hard to accurately work out its mass..How do they do that and is it fool proof?

Awesome graphics. It still hard to imagine that our Sun, which contains tremendous energy and power is only a speck of glitter compared to those leviathans.
