Good video. I was hoping she would simply state that most of the drugs are coming from Colombia, a US client state with already 7 military bases with US troops operating from.

With 7 bases full of US troops, federal agents, and DOD mercenary contractors in the very state producing the drugs, they need more?
The whole "war on drugs" shtick doesn't pass the smell test.

You just gotta like how US troops etc. always get immunity from prosecution arrangements. Impunity to commit murder, rape, and child prostitution. And they do these things, never doubt it, mostly DOD contracted corporate mercenaries are the culprits but not always.

it's not even feasible for them to say they will be out in 5 months - i think it was just what they said in order to convince, or maybe reassure, the Costa Rican government about U.S. Military presence being for their benefit (rather than the U.S. government's).

it's a line of pure crap, imo. we have NEVER "gone in and come out" in 5 month's time!

:shk:

as far as the issues with Iran - the only true problem for the gov't in that regard is the inability to get their hands on Iran's oil reserves. therefore, there won't be any resolution in the way that you might be thinking.

it's all about oil and controlling the oil.

Iran is in the top 4 of countries with the largest estimated oil reserves, along with Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Canada.
