First time in BTS

I had this crazy question about 80's music. If you're in your 40's or 50's you may remember :

In what 80's rock video is a homeless guy (look like actor Jared Harris with long hair but not sure), chased by police all night, then he hide in a farm, where a few children found him next morning, they gave him a Bible and he read it for them untill police found him?

Now, after watching it 2 times, I'll tell you why I like that video. For me It has an interesting message. It shows how a person with low profile and rejected by our prejudging society can be used by God. I find so symbolic when he read the Bible to the inocent children, not intoxicated yet and hungry of true spiritual guidance. The final scene when he extends his arms like a cross is so artistic.
