I was thinking about this. My conclusion was that you couldnt actually measure the output of any microwave array without having your instrument or
sensor in the direct line of path. Of course, it is my understanding that these arrays are directional. I'd be happy to take some measurements.
However, i'm not going to stand in the path of an active 10kw+ (random number) microwave.

As far as evidence is concerned. I thought there was documentation (i read long ago) regarding a specific date in alaskan history. If i recall
correctly, There was a major flux in the jet stream just south of alaska and the haarp array. This flux was corilated with an event at the haarp
station in alaska. It must not have been too important to me at the time i read it if i can't recall more details.
If all haarp is, is truly a giant microwave. I see little weather impact. If stationed near a jet stream, I could see having the ability to move a
jetstream as mentioned previously. However, past that (as far as creating rain, or tornados, or whatever) I would look more towards chemtrails, and
other types of technologies.
Its just a big microwave =)
