Obamacare Gives IRS Sweeping Powers

National Taxpayer Advocate Nina Olson warns that with ObamaCare, the IRS is now responsible for "the most extensive social benefit program the IRS has been asked to implement in recent history" -- and without "sufficient funding" it won't be able to discharge these new duties, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.

Great, all we need is more intrusion by government. I'm sure this will help our economy. The more one reads about the implications of this so-called health care reform, the more frightening it becomes. What's even more sad, is that this health care reform is designed to help the health care industry, not the citizen. As if we haven't been barely treading water already, now Americans are going to be forced to shell out money for insurance.

Giving the IRS more powers is only going to further deminish our already fleeting liberty and freedom.

Plain and simple. ObamaCare is nothing more than a new tax system disguised as health care reform. Look into it and you will see that the government is going to get billions in taxes from this once fully instituted.

Why? So that they can expand government, of course.
