Hi all... I have a problem. This has been happening for about a week. Whenever I download a particularly large file, my download speed will rapidly and drastically drop from 1 MB/s to some unknown infinitely small number. It never stops dropping and never recovers. It will not level out. The ETA continues to rise until it goes well into years of waiting. I have a youtube video to show what it does... but you can barely make out the numbers slowing down.

And, you could try powering down your modem for a bit, and then powering it back up. You might have to restart your computer as well for this to take effect.

Perhaps a hardware failure? An infection? System corruption?
