If you have been around boats and waterways for any length of time you would know that certain lights have to be used while underway or anchored.....

And if you had been around cars and roads for any length of time you would know that certain lights have to be used while driving or turning.

They don't put those lights on there just because they are pretty. They are on there for a reason.

And what makes water users any different to roadusers?

People sometimes don't bother using the correct lights. High beam headlights dazzling oncoming drivers, no lights at all when it's dusk or raining, no indicators when turning, no fog lights in fog.

Many of these common sense factors are requirements....but not everyone follows them. A person in charge of a yacht is still a human being and as fallible as any other vehicle user. (Particularly if he has his lady friend out there for a sh*g in the dark or to make a porno without the glare of unwanted lights ;-)

I suggest that some should read Chadwickus's older posts, he isnt a debunker or a disinfo. Read his thoughts on other well known ufo sightings and you may just understand that the man dislikes what we call porky pies and seeks the truth

My initial & subsequently increasing concerns pertaining to this case are as follows:

- The viewing angle is not consistent with an object at a significant elevation & a significant distance

- Only 1 person filmed the object

- The “expert analysis” is subject to a conflict of interest (read $)

- Many of the expert supporters are also subject to a conflict of interest (read $)

That leads me to wonder if much of the obfuscation via the many enhanced & significantly edited videos has been disingenuous.

Therefore, in view of the extremely high “UFO smoking gun” profile of this video, it is important that we carefully review:

- The prosaic explanations such as hoaxing via the use of a model or other small object, the “boat” option, etc...

- The background of the “experts” that are pushing the “alien spacecraft” position so aggressively.

The video doesnt show him zooming in or out at all,
1 scene is far away, next scene its a super close up,

You cant even tell if they are the same object....

It is possible that he got footage of a light in the sky,
then edited a ufo miniature model in between the outdoor shots....

Or maybe he was switching camera lenses...

I want to see the unedited footage...

Haktan Akdogan, main researcher of this case and Mr. Yalcin Yalman, main witness
and videographer, I was and still are in direct contact with them and following every
incident in that place. I mentioned this in other threads and even provided some clear
high resolution frames from raw footages I been provided by them, if you didn't knew
this you may read all the other threads about the Kumburgaz case, clarification done.

At this point the subject is still very confusing, some say this and some say that wich
proves is still controversial, precisely that's my point, the incident remains controversial
and needs a very good investigation in order to IDENTIFY the lights in the video, in
order to solve this mystery. But also in order to debunk this sighting in a serious and
professional way a strong, convincing evidence is required. I would be first one to be
very interested to find the answer to this incident, to solve the mystery and I mean it.
But the incident remains unexplained and this is a fact.

Really? How about some proof of this "clarity" for I, obviously, don't see it. IN FACT I see the string of lights in the picture A. The exact same as the string in C, only from the outside vs inside.

Chad Good thread mate, but having said that you usually are correct most of the times not on the yatch theory. I am not ready to buy the yatch theory, have ever thought of an USO. I am not saying its 100 % USO or UFO but the yatch theory dosent fit.

I don't know about a Yacht.

One thing that got my full attention during those videos was the dog.
Barking in the direction of the sighting.

Struck me as interesting but, could of been a bird or fish it saw or something I don't know.

But interesting none-the-less.

I tell you what you would have a better chance of winning the lottery twice before you will see the same boat sitting in the same spot with no lights on.Boat captains are very serious when it comes to safety on their boats. Boat captains make sure that they are following the maritime rules since that is their life and if you are in any kind of situation that shows you to be at fault because you did not have your lights on you may as well forget being a captain anymore, because there is no one that will employ you if you were reckless on the last boat you captained. That will show that you are not serious about the welfare and safety of your crew or your boat.The percentage of boats that will not use the anchor or navigation lights is few and far between. Also the majority of people who drive that do not turn their lights on at night are usually because they are impaired in some way, be it by alcohol,drugs (legal or illegal)or some other reason.
