lol , an easy one, technically I jumped the gun of course - we still need he previous answer.

edit, also a few easier ones would be nice if the knowledgeable guys could ease off a bit! Maybe well known but from odd angles??

Yes an anti sub role, but don't let that mislead you. The ASW mission is entirely 'Post Strategic Defence Review' wishful thinking, on my part, that he UK actually has a plan. All will be made clear

You got it firepilot, though its not official. It was just me trying to cheer myself up after the UK Govt elected to throw away every one of the RAF'S ASW/Surveillance types except the Sentry. I was speculating what they might do when/if they wake up.

Nice photoshop job waynos! I wouldn't have guessed it wasn't real. I immediatly thought of the Nimrod as well, though it obviously isn't one.
