I believe that would be a new version of the "Snowgoose" UAS otherwise known as the MMIST CQ-10B. The B variant uses an autogyro to produce lift and is claimed to have twice the range as the powered parachute A model. I believe SOCOM is one of the current customers. Further background information is available on Wikipedia:

MMIST CQ-10 Snowgoose

I was unaware they had an autogyro in the works, until I saw the image posted by Astr0...nice find.

I'll submit another airframe. What is the make and model of the aircraft being captured? For bonus questions, what location was this image taken and at what location (city and state) was the bulk of the project developed?

Have a great day.

That is Lockheed Martins TADAR (Target Acquisition / Designation / Aerial Reconnaissance) YMQM-105.

It fell foul of the dreaded 'mission creep' and died under a $1 billion debt burden for zero return. Nice picture indeed.

Wow that is a weird one! - I was tempted to ask if that was a real aircraft and not some bad CGI UFO

I got nothing (of course cos I'm not the best at this game) - I'm gonna say some mini UAV, that wing arrangement is very odd, I have seen something called a Dozor 600 that has down turned wing tips, but nothing quite like that... I thought I might have been onto a lead with that...

No its not a computer generated image.
Its a very real project, and those wings have a very interesting aerodynamic effect that makes this airframe extremely stable even with no vertical or horizontal tail surfaces.

Is the DevilRay UAV an acceptable answer. Not sure if its the correct proper name but I know its the one that can recharge from power lines.

On the offchance it is right, here is something from me. As the paint job suggests, this dates from WW2

That is so cool!

One that has been recently under development is the DevilRay, which has some interesting design with its down-curled wingtips. These propeller-driven flying wings use some sort of “inverse capped helix winglets” that somehow take advantage of the wingtip wind vortexes that form during flight, and can somehow provide stabilization.

Someone care to explain a little more regarding 'inverse capped helix winglets'?

Got one!!!!!

That sir is the Baynes Bat

The Baynes Bat was an experimental glider of the Second World War, designed by L.E. Baynes. It was used to test the tailless design that he had suggested as a means to convert tanks into temporary gliders so they could be flown into battle.

More luck than good management but it still counts!

Will have a new one in a bit

edit:.... This one follows on nicely from waynos's

another edit... hmmm I realise now that this one is going to be a simple one, but it's done now... Maybe next time I'll get something really hard to find.
