Wierd eye shift on a video, is it real or artifact?

I was watching this Video on LiveLeak.com www.liveleak.com...
The Lost Tomb of Jesus

While watching it I notice 'compression" box type distortion, and the quality is lacking but OK to see the "artifact".

At 6:46 through 6:50 The guy on the video explaining where the Israeli authorities took Jesus's supposed body, watch when he says "Analyzed" his eyes shift from brown to a white color. I keep watching it in fullscreen, do you guys see what I am seeing?

I saw it too, but I think it was just fragmenting. A part I did find interesting was there was an all-seeing eye on the door of the tomb, well just a triangle with a circle in the middle, but close enough.

Yea it's a wierd brown eye to blue eye thing. It's funny how much that guy looks like Steve Kroft from sixty minutes when his eye changes. It is probably just the pixels messing up although it is trippy looking.
