My name is Nikolay Nesterenko. I am Librarian at the Ukrainian Research
Institute on Anomalous Phenomena (RIAP), as well as a Managing Editor
of its periodical RIAP Bulletin (RB), published in the English language.

During the last ten years there were published in RB many interesting
papers worthy, as it seems to me and my RIAP colleagues, of broader
dissemination. Therefore we recently decided to compile an anthology
of these works - "Investigating the Anomalies: Ten Best Papers from
RIAP Bulletin" (58,000 words). This is a unique collection of papers
about real enigmas that are still hidden behind the former Iron Curtain,
now a Curtain of Silence. The anthology contains the most significant
results of studies of Russian and Ukrainian researchers in the fields
of the UFO problem, the problem of paleovisits (ancient ET visits from
space), and the problem of the Great Tunguska Explosion of 1908.
