The Voter Registration Fraud that was happening was because the people that were running around getting people signed up to vote were getting paid, and they were getting bonuses for the amount of people they signed up.

THAT is why they had dead people signed up, that's why they had illegals signed up, that's why they had fictional characters signed up. THAT WAS THE VOTER REGISTRATION FRAUD!

The people didn't vote, the DEAD certainly did not vote, the illegals did not vote, it was just a scam that the people running around with clip boards were pulling to make extra cash.

Just keep in mind the Chicago Political mantra: "Vote Daley, and Vote Often!!"
