Recently, some websites, writers, and news columnists have been making a startling accusation. They are comparing the America of 2010 to Nazi Germany.

I looked into the topic briefly and realized there aren't many well laid out examples/articles about this, so I decided to write one.

The article contains well over 20 similarities and a video documenting even more similarities visually.

Here is the Link to the article

Feel free to post more similarities the article doesn't cover, or if you can think of ways in they are different, feel free to post as well.

This comparison struck me as quite interesting.
Both countries created terroristic pre-texts to pass law and launch pre-emptatrive wars:
1. The burning of the Reichstag Government building in Germany Was said to be done by German Forces. This quickly led to the passing of "the enabling Act" and “Decree on the Protection of People and State” which gave Germany and Hitler a pre-text to launch a pre-emptive war, while cutting back german civil liberties at the same time.
2. The 9/11 attacks against the United States in 2001 on the world trade centers were also considered to be inside jobs. These attacks led to the passing of "the patriot act" and "the homeland security act" which gave America a pre-text to launch a pre-emptive war, while cutting back American civil liberties at the same time.

Once again, Here is the Link to the article

Here is my comparison, but I exagerated the actions of the US which surprizing brought it to the same standards as the propaganda used against Nazi Germany:

The AR(American Rulers) frequently used euphemistic language to disguise the true nature of their crimes. They used the term “War on Radical Islam” to refer to their plan to annihilate the Muslim people. It is not known when the leaders of AR definitively decided to implement the "War on Radical Islam." The genocide or mass destruction of the Muslims was the culmination of a decade of increasingly severe discriminatory measures.

Under the rule of George Bush, the persecution and segregation of the Muslims was implemented in stages. AR’s state-sponsored racism produced anti-Islamic legislation, economic boycotts, and the violence subsequent to 9/11 against Muslims, all of which aimed to systematically isolate Muslims from society and drive them out of the country.

After the September 11 American invasion of Afghanistan (the beginning of the War on Radical Islam), anti-Muslim policy escalated to the imprisonment and eventual murder of Muslims (The AR first established ghettos (enclosed areas designed to isolate and control the Muslims) in the Gaza strip. Muslims are forced to live in the small piece of land, immensely over crowded. This is where the war was really fought. This is where Muslims were being killed, slowly and in masses.

After the American invasion of Iraq, Mossad and CIA units (acting as mobile killing units) began massive killing operations aimed at Muslim, more than a million deaths were recorded (but blamed on civil war which was orchestrated by the CIA&MOSSAD). Camps created specially for Muslims, were used to kill, torture, rape etc. ex. Guantanamo, Abu Ghuraib etc and many secret camps which we still don't about.

I checked out the thread, Interesting.

"Comparing American actions against Muslims in general to Nazi actions against Jews."

This one should definitely be discussed more in length.

You have to take in to consideration the fact that winners write the history, that is what the bases of that comparison was.

So when the Americans won the war, we don't truly know how much the actions of the Nazis were exaggerated etc.

Good point as well. It's hard enough to try to tell someone the country is in trouble without argument.

Interesting article, a few of the connection are a bit far fetched.
I have been disturbed however in how far it seems our government has gone estray. In almost too many ways to attempt to list.
It is really sad to me that the majority of Americans seem to be OK with "our" overtly aggressive policies of making war. Or mabey that is just the way it is portrayed in the media .?.
It seems that any moral high ground that we had or could possibly claim in the past has withered.
Even worse, as the saying goes, we seem to have the leaders we deserve as a people.
OK, now I am depressed.. geez.. and I haven't even started down the list.

May God have mercy on us.

Check out a movie called "The end of America", a great history lesson illustrating how GOP & DNC policies mirror various infamous fascist despots.

Come on now....dont you think that is a little extreme, comparing the US to the Nazis? When we start rounding up all the Muslims, throwing them in concentration camps, and murdering them by the tens of thousands you might have a case. The Nazis were pure evil, and I still to this day cannot wrap my brain around all the carnage they made. It is mind boggling. But really, we have not come out and tried to exterminate the entire Muslim population....and the average American today is very against what we are doing. It has been 9 years, and we are getting sick and tired of what is going on over there. Our military people are dying for no reason. We need to get out of there ASAP! Oh, and this comes from someone who just got out of the military after 7 long, hard years. I went to both Iraq and Afghanistan, so I have a little experience and knowledge of the situation....
