Hadronic Mechanics: Are there any credence to this theory?

There's been a couple of documentaries, both norwegian made, regarding the Hessdalen phenomena as well as the new 'The Day Before Disclosure'. These two documentaries mentions the theory of Hadronic Mechanics, and that this theory makes even time travel and teleportation possible. Are there any credence to this theory? Is it accepted within the mainstream science community? If not, why?

I've been searching the web to find any information that can legtitimize this theory, but I've been unsuccesful. And you have to pay to gain access to the 'Hadronic Journal', that purportedly has the information that can validate this theory,
