Seen this interesting object in this military channel video. What on earth can it be? Any idea's would be great, as long as they are backed up with proof. I have ruled out the following:

* Smude on the chase plane canopy - This cannot be a smudge because it is not always present in the video.

* Lens flare - I initialy thought that this could be a lens flare, but this cannot be the case as it continues on a certain track and then departs at a very acute angle upwards, out of shot. There is other lens flares in the video and they are nowhere near as solid as this object and they track the motion consistently with the motion of the chase plane. This object does not conform to lens flare behaviour as the camera continues to jolt around and pan down while the object in question sharply changes direction and ascends upwards.

This object enters the video at 1:22 and is clrealy visable in the upper right hand corner of the shot. It is only there for a matter of seconds as it makes it's ascent out of shot. If you look close at the object as soon as it enters the video, you will also notice that is a classic saucer shape (side on - looking like a white strip) with what looks like some sort of haze or field around it.

Also notice that at 1:20, the B2 seems to be flying near to the Papoose dry lake. I cannot confirm this for certain, but it does look similar!

Anyway, enjoy the video and looking forward to some input on this interesting video.

Here are some stills from the segment where the UFO appears....

Looks like sunlight reflecting onto the clouds.

edit:

I fly all the time and this is exactly what it looks like so much that if we were in person i'd bet you 50 bucks on it.

Its a baby stealth flying along on its mothers wingtip like a duck!

Cool photo, but it could be a camera error. It looks like an exact replica of the bigger plane. I am no expert on cameras, so I don't know.

Could it be a vortex create by the right wing tip as the plane moves slightly downward at that stage and the object appears to be moving upwards, but could be static in relation to the aircraft.......

Nice theory, but there is a video. Not sure if you watched it. It is not just a camera artifact.

I'd be interestd to see a clear picture of the ground crewman's insignia on the back of his jumpsuit.

Yeah, nice catch. Seen that somewhere else before. It was the logo for the B2 GMC years back if I remember rightly but it's now changed to some even weirder esoteric logo.

I found this site: www.ljmilitaria.com...
and sent them a screen shot. Maybe they can identify the insignia. On their site they have this:

but it's not an exact mach. I'd like to see the text on the crewman's insignia as well...

Just so you know, if you watch the video properly... there is clear skies. There is NO clouds in the area. Not even haze for the sunlight to refract/reflect off of.

The second time we see it, it looks exactly like a flying rod. Which leads me to believe that it is an insect.

It does look like Papoose lake. I went into google earth and tweaked around till I got relatively the same apparent angle as in the video, and it looks similar.

Seems to be a reflection to me. You can see in the shot before there are lots of reflections from the inside of the canopy of the chase plane filming things.

For some reason I think she flies like a brick. You never see them without an agile escort.

I second that motion: It's simply light reflecting off the window from inside the airplane that is filming the B2. Notice how the motion of the "effect" moves in perfect correlation to the turning of aircraft?

Cool plane video anyways even without any UFO evidence.

Looks kinda hazy to me. That reflection might even be on the ground, they're not very high up.

I might have lost the 50 bucks due to a technicality but I win a moral victory!
