But you have to admit that for this video to be of a bug, it would have to move in a very peculiar way to appear to be a "person figure" walking

Just to be clear, I don't believe it's a ghost or a "shadow person" or whatever. IMHO the surveilence video has been tampered, so I would call it
a HOAX. This effect could be achieved in After Effects with no great effort.
Here's what I think:
The real thing: 5%;
Bug on lens: 10%;
VHS "ghost effect": 0%;
Some reflection: 15%;

IDK what is it with these people calling themselves skeptics just because they don't believe anything supernatural, E.T. or whatever.
