Bioprinting? Is it another type of cloning?

From what I glean from the article, they are "printing" and growing vascular tissue. I find it very interesting, and exciting at the same time. Short of removing a vein from one part of the body, and putting it elsewhere, there isn't much they seem to be doing vein-wise. Atleast in my own understanding, anyway.

This doesn't seem like it's cloning. They take skin tissue and grow it. Your opinion?
