Obama nominates Mr. Iraqi WMDs as Director Of National Intelligence

Just another proof Obama is just continuing the BS Bush was doing. And he just nominates this neo-con/propagandist scumbag as the National Intelligence director? Seriously? Needed some ``fixing the intelligence around the policy`` Bush style to invade Iran?

Defense Secretary Robert Gates was forced to defend Clapper on Sunday against charges that he has failed to keep Congress sufficiently informed on intelligence matters in his present position as Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence.

A more serious issue, however, may prove to be Clapper's support in 2003 for the idea that Iraqi WMD had been smuggled into Syria just before the US invasion as part of an attempt to destroy evidence.

And Obama nominates that big fat liar... sick.

Hopefully he won't pass the nomination.

JFK was our last great POTUS. Regan fooled TPTB until he got into office, then told them to take a flying *snip* That's when they tried to kill him. All the rest have been their puppets.
as far as his nomination goes, dude, be serious, he's one of them! He's in.

The majority of the American public seems to think that, whatever their political affiliation, this time will be different. The fact of the matter is that the crew behind the scenes has been the same for at least the last 35 years.

Definition of insanity, doing the exact same things over and over expecting different results. So people vote for the new facemen and get the same policy.

Anyways, Clapper was just espousing the party line like a good little stooge, which he'll now do as this admin's stooge. Its too bad that we can't vote out appointments, apparently only the media can do that by stirring the pot to make them resign. Its so fake. But, when they do what they're told, nothing really bad ever happens, they usually get higher paying gigs elsewhere.

Okay, why don't I remember the name Clapper? What particular Iraq WMD quagmire was he mired in? Did he merely support the story? Hell, thousands in government did that.

I'm not disbelieving anything and if he's of the typical neocon-lukid ilk (link), he must have been a relatively minor player because he didn't make the big-boys list.
