I hope the public realizes that BP is pumping a broken well.
This is money in there pocket.
The media is playing it up as an effort to clean up.
In actuality partial cap on the well is not a debit.
It is simply a new income stream.

The oil companies in general were asking for more access into the sheltered delta areas of the Mississippi just before the spill.
I heard that they had recently hit a brick wall.

The access channels cut into swamps were having detrimental effects.
The swamps natural water flows & water levels were being effected.
Changes in water levels & natural water flow patterns were causing damage to the delta wild life & eco systems.

Access to the existing pumping locations were beginning to threaten unsurmountable legal problems for the oil companies.

New well applications were also being looked at under a microscope do tot say.
This represented a multi million dollar per day loss in potential income.
Not to say current wells income loss.

Now the a delta is dead.
So whats the case for denial of unfeathered new access channels?
Whats the problem with the existing channels?

The oil companies are placing add's that they are just supporting the local residents.
The same people that they are now poisoning.
My god how many time do we have the hear that - "The clean up is creating jobs for the out of work fishermen."
If this is true there new mantra will soon become - "New wells will create new jobs for the poor out of work fishermen."

If any one could put together this as a case documenting this attack on the USA.
ATS is the site is the place.

Lets hit them where the heart is.
The wallet.

Mr Obama.
Make them place water locks on there existing access channels.
Make them clean up their mess in the gulf.
Take away there right to remain in business sheltering assets behind bankruptcy.
If the bankruptcy was triggered by their legal actions.

Companies like Halliburton are great at Disaster Capitalism. They create a problem, then capitalize on the solution.

This may very well be one of those designed disasters.

or at least controlled after the fact.

If a country were to do this it would be an act of war.

G

Are you implying that the platform blow out prevent-er was built in North Korea? I heard it was build by a subcontractor that ended up being subsidiarity of Halliburton.

Could someone familiar with the US southern coastlines and deltas please comment now on the long term effects.

Good? Bad? Ugly?

Prior to the spills the Delta's were being asked to be cut apart to allow canals for drilling platforms.

Was the result of the spill....
In effect to take away of the barriers to the canals and new drilling platforms in the sensitive delta regions?

What was the effect to the fishery?

The Delta fishery?

Did employment spike?

How is the economy now?

Were the fishermen allowed to return?

Is the wildlife poisoned like we were warned?

Did the oil company go bankrupt to avoid payment to the government?

What were the cost to the public?

Did the oil company actually pay the fines or were the funds set aside for spills by the government taped to pay the costs?

Could this been a Corporate act of War!
